The Good Regardless, we've established Decidueye sucks at dueling and surviving. Decidueye is the absolute worst dueling champion in the game, excluding the really stupid choices like trying to duel with pure support blissey, because I think one can reasonably infer that something that doesn't do damage can't duel, though admittedly if blissey jumps on deci its actually close. The lifesteal changes are nice, but he's still made of glass. Obviously decidueye's bulk is among the worst, perhaps even THE absolute worse in the game.
